What kind of payments do you accept?
ThePreppyPolkaDot.com accepts secure online payments through Paypal.
Can you be reached by telephone?
We are a small company and field hundreds of inquiries each month which
makes it virtually impossible to offer telephone inquiries. However,
our site is loaded with tons of information,
FAQ's, as well as information on each product listing. We will be happy to answer all inquiries via email, and will
do so within one business day.
What are your products personalized with? Will they last a long time?
All of our items are created with custom cut (by us) vinyl decals. With normal use and recommended hand washing for all of our items they will last a very long time.
Do you sell wholesale?
At this time we are a retail only webstore.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All regular orders are created & sent out within 3 days of personalization info received. Please check your email after placing your order in case we have a question. The sooner you respond the sooner we can get to work on your order & get it out to you.
Large orders will be created & sent out within 5 days of personalization info received.
