The Preppy Polka Dot was created by me, Angela Plisko, in 2008. I started making things for friends & family for bridal showers and birthday parties and then started to sell things on ebay. I had a great response from people when I started selling online so I decided to create a webste and everything that I make in one convenient little place online. Here I am in 2013 and The Preppy Polka Dot just keeps growing everyday!
